1. Who we are and what this is

Ostrol (ostrol.ai and the Ostrol mobile apps) is operated by Wenlarge LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States — "Ostrol", "we". By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service — and an honest disclaimer

Ostrol generates astrological content — natal charts, personality summaries, daily/weekly/ monthly readings and transit alerts — using deterministic astronomical computation and AI language models. This content is provided for entertainment, inspiration and self-reflection only. It is not, and must never be treated as, medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice. Do not make significant decisions based on it. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not warrant the accuracy of any reading.

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information; you can correct or delete it at any time in the app.

4. Free tier and Premium subscription

The free tier includes a limited daily reading and the shared cosmic feed. Premium adds full daily readings, weekly and monthly readings and transit alerts. Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe on a recurring basis at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and stopping earlier does not entitle you to a refund of the current period except where the law requires.

Subscriptions purchased inside the mobile apps are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. They renew through your App Store or Google Play account, and you cancel them in that account's subscription settings; refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, so please direct refund requests to them.

EU/EEA consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By subscribing you expressly request immediate access to Premium and acknowledge that once the digital content has been fully delivered your withdrawal right lapses; for partially used periods we will refund proportionally where the law so requires.

5. Advertising

Free accounts are supported by advertising: Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the Android app. Ads are personalised only if you consent through our cookie and consent banner, and you can change that choice at any time; otherwise Google serves non-personalised ads. Premium subscribers see no ads, and the iOS app contains no advertising at all. What advertisers and Google do with ad data is described in our Privacy Policy and at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We are not responsible for the goods or services advertised.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, scraping, bulk automated use, resale of content, probing our infrastructure, or interfering with other users. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Ostrol product, brand, design and software are ours. Readings generated for you are yours to use personally (including sharing the share-images the app produces); commercial redistribution of Ostrol content requires our permission. You grant us the licence needed to store and process the data you provide in order to run the service.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app, which permanently removes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced in the product and take effect no earlier than 14 days after posting, except where a change is required by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply and nothing here deprives you of them.
